Throughout the year, The Cottage Shop hosts a variety of special events, seasonal markets, and celebration weekends. These gatherings bring together beautiful products, talented makers, and a welcoming small-town atmosphere in the countryside outside Portland, Indiana.
Some events feature pop-up vendors and local makers and growers, while others are special in-shop celebrations with new collections, seasonal décor, and a few fun surprises along the way.

A small-business alternative to Black Friday focused on supporting local first. A weekend filled with specials and surprises.
Shop Small Weekend
A celebration of small businesses and thoughtful holiday shopping — and our only storewide sale of the entire year.
